活細胞內水的有序性狀態(tài)初探 http://www. 2011年07月18日 來源: 作者: 活細胞內水的有序性狀態(tài)初探 王 榕 樹 (天津大學,天津 300072) 摘要:由于水通道蛋白的存在 ,細胞才得以快速調節(jié)自身體積和內部滲透壓。幾種生理機能已歸因于縫隙連接通訊,即:在所連接細胞之間進行養(yǎng)分和離子的交換;在所連接的細胞之間進行信號傳輸?shù)耐緩郊半娮有盘柕膫鬟f。任何生命體都是耗散結構的自組織系統(tǒng),它之所以能免于趨近最大熵值的死亡狀態(tài),就是因為生命體能通過吃、喝、呼吸等新陳代謝的過程從環(huán)境中不斷吸取負熵和自由能。新陳代謝中本質的東西,乃是使有機體成功的消除了當它自身活著的時候不得不產生的全部熵。正如薛定諤所強調的“以負熵為生”??梢栽O想活細胞中水分子H2O具有高度自組織和高度有序性,而衰老與凋亡是一個嚴重的熵增過程,這里熵增的變化是一個非常有意義的指標。通過有效的藥物或某種醫(yī)療手段,可以暫時的,局部的產生“負熵”,使活細胞中的水分子修復某種有序性,以延緩衰老和凋亡。文末,對微波爐的加熱原理及其安全性提出質疑。 關鍵詞:水分子的有序性;負熵;縫隙連接;微波爐的熱源 Probe into the ordered state of water in living cells Wang Rongshu (Tianjin University, Tianjin 300072, China) Abstract:Due to the existence of water channel protein, the cells could regulate their volume and internal osmotic pressure. Several physiological functions have been attributed to gap junction’s communication (GJC), namely: exchange of nutrients and ions between connected cells; transfer of electronic signals, and pathways for signaling. Any organism is the dissipative structure of self-organization system, it was spared from reaching the maximum entropy value state of death, is because life fitness through eating, drinking and breathing in the process of metabolism from environmental continuously absorb negative entropy and free energy. The essential thing in metabolism is that the organism succeeds in freeing itself from all the entropy it cannot help producing while alive. As the Schr?dinger place emphasizes “The organism feeds upon is negative entropy”. Can imagine living cell in H2O has well-organized and more orderly, and aging and apoptosis is a serious of entropy increase process changes of entropy increase, here is a very meaningful index. Through effective drugs or some kind of medical method, can temporarily, local produce "negative entropy", make the living cells repair some orderliness, water molecules to retard aging and apoptosis. In the end, give a query to the heating principle of microwave oven and its safety.
