總部大樓位于臺灣的科技中心臺北市。那里的建筑常常在高樓叢生的城市景觀中喪失個體的標志性。光寶的總部大樓創(chuàng)造性地解決了建筑與景觀之間的關(guān)系。SWA的設(shè)計創(chuàng)造了一個可持續(xù)性的線性花園、池塘及小型瀑布水景。項目中沒有采用傳統(tǒng)的鋪裝模式，而是創(chuàng)新地將一層平臺建成一座屋頂花園，這在臺灣私人業(yè)主中還是首例。
