When we were young, as little kids, we enjoyed trying something new in our early life, and sometimes we were not allowed to do things according
to our like, such as we may wanted to go outside to play, the teachers and the parent wanted us to do our homework, we want to learn singing
and dancing, but parents want us to be the top student in the school and only allow us to pay attention to school books. Sometimes it's good for
kids, but sometimes it also can hurt our motivation and self-confidence in achieving our true love, forcing us to become smaller than we really are!
Not every kid is lucky enough to be brought up by the perfect parents and surroundings. Lots of our potential is limited by our wrong way of
education.
We are lacking the confidence to become someone we want to become, even when we want to fulfill our dreams, but there is another voice in the back of our
mind, telling us it's impossible.
If you want to go beyond your bad habits and attitudes you've acquired in your early life, you must connect with your inner power, tapping into
your unconscious mind. Your unconscious mind is your emotional , intuitive, and loving part of you, and is also stored in our old memories and
beliefs. Conscious mind is conducting your judgement and reasonable thinking which is important, but will not get you very far. The truth is, the conscious mind is only about 10 percent of your mental capacities, the unconscious mind is a reservoir of 90 percent of your inner resources, and you will
find your greatest possibilities for growth and change in unconscious mind.
How do you tap into our unconscious mind? When we are relaxed, trusting , the information is easily entered into our unconscious mind. A little kid is
more likely to listen to his teacher than his parents, because he looks up to the teacher. Patients usually follow to the doctor's suggestion
because of trust and respect the doctor's authority.
Repeating words and ideas is also a way to connect our unconscious mind. All habits are built by hundreds and thousands of repeatitions.
Vivid imagination is a wonderful way to talk into our unconscious mind, when we watch the moives, our emotions will follow where the
movies go. Our unconscious mind doesn't know how to judge real or not real by imagination. It responds to the imagination as the real event.
So the best way to inspire yourself to achieve your goal is to dream you are moving into your goal, imaging you are doing it step by step in the way toward your goal, and imagine how you feel that your goal has been achieved. Tal Ben Sharhar said "fake it , then make it!" .
Everyday give yourself sometime to relax, and daydream on your wonderful feeling about your success, and encourage yourself to take action, picture yourself in taking action and doing well, and you will do well!
Good luck to everyone in your life!
