It has always been a major concern for people that college students have difficulty in finding ideal jobs. Some people say that students lack of social experience and most companies are reluctant to hire graduates without practical experience. Others hold that some graduates require higher salary than they deserve. From my point of view, I think the university graduates should pay attention to enrich their social experience by doing some practical work rather than expecting a high salary.

大學(xué)生找到理想的工作難一直都是一個(gè)主要問題。有人說學(xué)生缺乏社會(huì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)而大多數(shù)的公司都不愿意雇傭沒有實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)的畢業(yè)生。其他人則認(rèn)為，幾乎所有的大學(xué)生都認(rèn)為他們應(yīng)該得到比他們能力更高的薪水。從我的角度來看，我認(rèn)為學(xué)生應(yīng)該注意通過做一些基層的工作來豐富自己的社會(huì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)而不是期望得到高薪水。

First, lacking of experience is a rather significant reality for graduates. However, most graduates think that the fundamental job neither can bring them money nor benefit, so they won’t choose to do it. As a result, they probably miss the chance of being a potential figure in a certain field.

首先，畢業(yè)生缺乏經(jīng)驗(yàn)是一個(gè)很現(xiàn)實(shí)的問題。然而，大多數(shù)畢業(yè)生認(rèn)為基層工作既沒有錢也無法給他們帶來利益，所以他們不愿意做這樣的工作。因此，他們可能錯(cuò)過了成為某一領(lǐng)域人才的機(jī)會(huì)。

Second, some companies are too strict with the graduates. For example, they think that students without practical experience won’t conform to their position need, so they refuse the graduates at the first time. There are some severe requirements for students, such as certain height, just male or female, from national famous university, with skill certificate and so on. It is strange that these companies ignored a genius out of real job. In return, these companies may miss some talents. 

第二，一些公司對(duì)畢業(yè)生要求太嚴(yán)格了。例如，一些公司認(rèn)為沒有實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)的大學(xué)生不符合他們的崗位的要求，所以他們?cè)谝婚_始的時(shí)候就把他們拒絕了。還有一些苛刻的要求，如一定的身高，性別，是否畢業(yè)于國內(nèi)名牌大學(xué)，獲得一定的證書等。奇怪的是，這些公司忘了天才來自于實(shí)踐。所以這些公司可能會(huì)錯(cuò)過一些人才。

Third, China is a country with a huge population, which leads to a rather fierce competition among students. However, limited job requirement and a great numbers of students flocking into job market at almost the same time will increase the unemployment rate of students.

第三，中國是一個(gè)人口大國，導(dǎo)致學(xué)生之間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈。然而，有限的工作需求以及大量的學(xué)生幾乎在同一時(shí)間涌入就業(yè)市場(chǎng)將會(huì)增加學(xué)生的失業(yè)率。

In conclusion, not only the students themselves have limited ability to get a better paid job, but also, the social environment aggravates the difficulty of finding an ideal job. As a result, graduates should not only focus on improving their capacity but also learn to adjust their vision to find possible chance to lead a better life.

總之，不僅學(xué)生本身能力有限去獲取一份較好的工作，而且社會(huì)環(huán)境加劇了找到理想工作的困難程度。因此，畢業(yè)生不僅要注重提高自己的辦事能力也要學(xué)會(huì)調(diào)整自己的勢(shì)力范圍尋找新的機(jī)會(huì)過更好的生活。
