二．Hit的習(xí)慣用法

Hit the sheets 上床睡覺

Hit the sheets only when sleepy.

只有瞌睡的時候才上床睡覺。

同樣是上床睡覺，go to the bed 就太普通了，雖廣泛運用，不是說不地道，但比起Hit the sheets這個地道的美國英語用法有點遜色。

釋義為上床睡覺的其他Hit的習(xí)慣用法有：

Hit the bed

I am going to hit the bed in ten minutes.我會在十分鐘內(nèi)上床睡覺。

Hit the road 上路，出發(fā)，動身，啟程

三．beat, hit, strike用法區(qū)別

1. beat的用法

beat 強調(diào)連續(xù)或反復(fù)地“打”，因此像心臟跳動、打鼓、打拍子等之類具有連續(xù)性或反復(fù)性的動作，一般要用 beat。如：

My heart beats fast. 我的心跳得很快。

Who is beating the drum? 誰在擊鼓?

She was beating the dust out of the carpet. 她在敲打地毯上的灰塵(以敲打的方式除塵)。

2. hit和strike的用法

hit 和 strike 都可表示有意或無意地打或撞等，往往含有重重一擊或用力敲打等之意，此時兩者?？蓳Q用。如：

He hit [struck] her hard in the face. 他重重地打了她一耳光。

The car ran out of control and hit [struck] a tree. 汽車失去控制，撞在樹上。
