      Account Executive, Sales Team, Beijing or

      Shanghai

      Major Duties Performed (Main Functions)
      * Under direct supervision, assists the sales team in selling IMS products and services within assigned accounts or territory to achieve assigned revenue goal.

      * Assists other members of the sales team in preparing and delivering proposals to client.

      * Identifies contract expansion opportunities within assigned account(s) and elevates for qualification and decision to pursue.

      * May interfaces with marketing, market research and/or IT at the user level in existing and prospective client(s). Represents the company to the client and the client to the company in all sales related activities.

      * Monitors client satisfaction with contracted deliverables and provides feedback to Account team members on level of customer satisfaction.

      * Effectively manage renewals and subscriptions.
      * As required, may participate in contract renewal efforts on large multi-year contracts
      Minimum Education, Experience & Specialized Knowledge Required:
      * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of one (1) year’s experience.

      * Basic knowledge of IMS core products, customer account management, and an awareness of IMS information solutions/services portfolio.

      1. Is able to lead, design, conduct and deliver research studies independently, with support from project leader

      a. Manages the process of proposal preparation and/or modifications including overall bid integrity
      b. Drafting all research materials, manage and monitor overall project execution to ensure timely delivery
      c. Able to perform quantitative or qualitative analysis to generate actionable solutions to address client’s business issues, with support from project leader.

      d. Ensures the development of final reports and presentations and delivers all or significant portions of findings to client, and that the final outputs are of high quality and meeting client’s research needs

      2. To provide on-the-job coaching to junior team members

      a. To help develop the capability of junior team members on project management and preparation of all research materials

      3. Is able to maintain good partnership with a few key clients

      a. To own and maintain long term partnership, with the aim to become trusted strategic business partner

      Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

      1. Bachelor’s degree above majored in Medical, pharmaceutical, biology, sociology, statistics or related fields

      2. 3-6 year experience in healthcare market research, quantitative analysis or statistics experience desirable, good at statistic tools such as SPSS、Excel for programming and statistics analysis preferable

      3.Deep knowledge of market research methods, tools and techniques and excellent multiple projects Management skills; Keen on market research and consulting service for perfect results

      4.Innovative, strategic thinker with an enquiring mind; excellent presentation and communication skills; result and task oriented and accountable

      5.Good time management and learning ability, can deliver good results under pressure

      Job Responsibilities:

      3.Oral and written English skills essential; Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
      4.Good communication skills with the ability to communicate with doctors effectively and independently
      5.Strong analytical ability to independently write the various forms report of market research
      6.Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals
