我有位苦逼的碩士哥們，前段時(shí)間投中一篇3分的SCI，本來(lái)倒是一件好事，但這個(gè)雜志收費(fèi)不低（約1.5萬(wàn)RMB），老板不太愿意出這個(gè)錢(qián)，讓他改投一本不收錢(qián)的雜志，如果自己出這個(gè)錢(qián)，又不甘心，所以只好撤稿。

丁香園的小伙伴給他出了點(diǎn)主意。A：“小弟啊，我給你出版面費(fèi)，你當(dāng)?shù)谝唬耶?dāng)通訊，老板隨便你排哪個(gè)位置，如何？”B：“給俺吧，俺幫你報(bào)完版面費(fèi)，還多給你飯錢(qián)。”A：“樓下的就不要跟我搶了，行不行？！先來(lái)后到”C：“我也來(lái)參和下，我是三作哦”D：“四作報(bào)道”E：“我是不是來(lái)晚了”…….

我們言歸正傳，講講如何SCI撤稿。

撤稿的原因，無(wú)非是1、審稿太慢，急著畢業(yè)或升職稱；2、投完后發(fā)現(xiàn)不能拿來(lái)畢業(yè)或升職稱用；3、版面費(fèi)太貴，悔了；4、目前體制問(wèn)題國(guó)內(nèi)有很多人會(huì)一稿多投，當(dāng)文章被其中一份雜志接收后，其他雜志就得撤稿；5、論文有錯(cuò)誤；6、最悲慘的莫過(guò)于文章剛被接收，該雜志就被踢出SCI。

關(guān)于撤稿，有作者擔(dān)心編輯不高興，甚至?xí)淮蛉牒诿麊巍Ｆ鋵?shí)這種擔(dān)心是沒(méi)有必要的。但需要說(shuō)明的是，你為什么要撤稿？材料方法不可靠，結(jié)果不能重復(fù)，還是設(shè)計(jì)本身有問(wèn)題？這都是撤稿的理由。

有的投稿系統(tǒng)會(huì)有decline revision，如果沒(méi)有，可寫(xiě)信給雜志社撤稿吧，下面給幾個(gè)撤稿信模板：

Thank you very much for your kind remind and helps. However, we are sorry that we have to withdraw the submission of our paper (Manuscript Number,MN:…) . The reason is that, first, if we revise the paper according to the reviewers' comments point by point, we will pay much time to make tests and then plot the data in the revised paper, second, we feel that we have not yet studied our work completely and have some difficulties to answer some questions of the reviewers' comments and add their answers or solutions in the revised paper quickly. Of course, our work in this paper is complex and difficult because it is related with the magnetism, mechanics, electrostatics, electrics and some couplings among them. I am very sorry that we had to make this decision and continue our investigation of this work further. I appreciate the reviewers very much for their careful work and helpful suggestions. Thank you again.
