項目位于重慶南路東側(cè)，淮安路北側(cè)，東北緊鄰雙山生態(tài)公園，基地所處區(qū)域周邊道路網(wǎng)相對密集，交通通達(dá)性強(qiáng)，區(qū)內(nèi)外聯(lián)系便捷，可快速通達(dá)青島市城各區(qū)塊，在建的未來地鐵一號雙山緊鄰基地，交通條件良好

通過現(xiàn)代的手法，通過鏡面水、竹子、自然山石、深色卵石等景觀元素提升商業(yè)空間的品質(zhì)，充滿禪意的空間使景觀變得深邃耐看，和建筑相得益彰，

科技體驗體現(xiàn)科技的新景觀形式，通過音樂噴泉，智能燈光等帶給人不同的景觀體驗，如音樂噴泉，讓人們可以坐在一旁靜靜觀賞噴泉有旋律的跳動，孩子們更可以在噴泉中嬉戲，躲避間歇的噴涌，與水同樂。
