1 我的自信心增強(qiáng)了。 剛?cè)雽W(xué)時(shí),我們班要競(jìng)選班長(zhǎng),我很愿意為大家服務(wù),于是也申請(qǐng)參加競(jìng)選??墒且?yàn)椴粔蜃孕?,在講臺(tái)上講話我很緊張,演講過后,我一票也沒有得到。 后來(lái)同學(xué)們告訴我,因?yàn)槲业穆曇籼×?,以至于他們根本聽不見,?dāng)然也就沒辦法投票給我,所以我失去了為大家服務(wù)的機(jī)會(huì)。 后來(lái)在老師的提醒和幫助下,我明白了如果不改善這個(gè)問題,我就無(wú)法和別人正常地溝通和交流,當(dāng)然也就不能影響到他人和獲得當(dāng)經(jīng)營(yíng)者的機(jī)會(huì),更重要的是我18歲時(shí)的目標(biāo)之一就是“上臺(tái)能講”。所以我愿意克服自己的害羞,從內(nèi)心想要突破自己。 隨著老師、同學(xué)、爸爸媽媽和我對(duì)自己不斷提醒和不斷練習(xí),我的聲音慢慢變大,也越來(lái)越自信,相信自己可以做得到。 在情景劇表演的時(shí)候,老師好幾次都說我的聲音變大了,情景劇表演的得分也越來(lái)越高,好幾次我所在的情景劇小組都得了第一名。 大家聽到我今天的演講,您相信我是當(dāng)初那個(gè)上臺(tái)發(fā)言沒有聲音的孩子嗎? 2 我的英語(yǔ)能力有了大幅度的提高。 進(jìn)突破班之前,我已經(jīng)能進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的英文交流了,但是用詞比較簡(jiǎn)單,能交流的內(nèi)容比較有限。老師安排我學(xué)習(xí)《小烏龜富蘭克林》的時(shí)候,我覺得語(yǔ)速有點(diǎn)快,跟讀起來(lái)很困難,心里也很有壓力,一度產(chǎn)生很強(qiáng)的畏難情緒。 后來(lái)在老師的指導(dǎo)下,經(jīng)過english time、bravo、cailou等英語(yǔ)材料的學(xué)習(xí)和積累,再學(xué)習(xí)《小烏龜富蘭克林》就變得非常簡(jiǎn)單了,后來(lái)學(xué)習(xí)語(yǔ)速更快的《神奇校車》的時(shí)候 ,即使有很多科學(xué)詞匯,需要大量查詞典,也覺得很有趣、很愿意去克服詞匯關(guān),學(xué)習(xí)速度也越來(lái)越快。 很快就能給電影配音、學(xué)習(xí)紀(jì)錄片,TED演講也覺得不再困難了,有一次我們學(xué)習(xí)《功夫熊貓》的電影,只用了三個(gè)半小時(shí)就可以很好地配音了。 有一次通話時(shí),我給經(jīng)??疵绖〉陌职謰寢尡硌萘艘欢巍冻荜憫?zhàn)隊(duì)》里的電影配音,他們都會(huì)覺得我的語(yǔ)速快到有些他們也聽不懂了。 現(xiàn)在我積累了大約5000個(gè)單詞,生活中能自如的運(yùn)用英語(yǔ)和同學(xué)們交流,看英語(yǔ)的紀(jì)錄片即使沒字幕也基本上沒什么障礙。英語(yǔ)能力在這四個(gè)月中有了非常大的進(jìn)步。 3 我與伙伴們相處的能力增強(qiáng)了。 以前我比較容易起情緒,有時(shí)候因?yàn)樾∈虑楦瑢W(xué)起了沖突,很長(zhǎng)時(shí)間都不能緩和,各自生對(duì)方的氣,都很不開心。現(xiàn)在即使大家對(duì)一些事情有不同看法,都能先進(jìn)行討論,互相為對(duì)方著想,包容對(duì)方,問題都能很好地溝通處理,相處得更加愉快。 還有一段時(shí)間,我因?yàn)閷W(xué)習(xí)遇到困難,情緒很低落,幾乎不跟同學(xué)交流,后來(lái)在老師的幫助下,我的學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài)越來(lái)越好,和同學(xué)們的交往也變得順暢,五月份的伙伴價(jià)值排名是全班第二名。 4 我的體能和運(yùn)動(dòng)能力變得更強(qiáng)更全面了。 在來(lái)學(xué)堂之前,因?yàn)橐恢痹谛陆逃龑W(xué)堂學(xué)習(xí),自己的體能還是比較好的,但是并不全面,比如手臂的力量不錯(cuò),但腰部力量不足,技巧型的動(dòng)作很多都不會(huì)也做不出來(lái)。入學(xué)時(shí)三班的哥哥姐姐們展示的運(yùn)動(dòng)讓我們大開眼界,那時(shí)我們都認(rèn)為頭手翻、徒手翻這樣的運(yùn)動(dòng)簡(jiǎn)直是不可能做到的,經(jīng)過老師帶領(lǐng)我們不斷的訓(xùn)練和突破,我現(xiàn)在能做所有室內(nèi)墊上運(yùn)動(dòng)了! 以上只是在突破班的四個(gè)月里我的一部分收獲,我愿意把這些收獲分享給大家,希望有更多的家長(zhǎng)通過我的例子了解新教育,讓更多和我一樣的孩子都能走進(jìn)新教育。 My gain and progress in the Breakthrough Class Hi, everyone. My name is Yeh Xinru. I am nine years old, from Wuhang. In February, I was lucky to be admitted to the Phase 2 Breakthrough Class by joining the Winter Prep Camp. In the four months in the Breakthrough Class, I have made a lot of progresses and have learned a lot. First, I became more self-confidence. At the beginning of the class, we held an election for the Class Leader. I was willing to serve the class, so I ran for it. Due to my lack of confidence, I was very nervous in my speech on stage. It turned out that no one voted for me. I was told later that everyone could barely hear my voice in the speech. That was why they would not vote for me. I lost the opportunity to serve the class as a leader. After that, with teachers’ help and advice, I came to realize that I need to improve myself on this. Otherwise, I would not influence other people and become a manager. What is more, I set a goal for myself to be able to “speak on the stage.” I want to overcome the shyness from the bottom of my heart. With constant encouragement from my teachers, classmates and parents and my nonstop practice, I spoke louder and louder with more confidence. I believe I could make it. My teacher told me several times that my voice became louder in role-plays. I got higher and higher score on role-plays. My team won the first place several times. As you are listening to my speech, can you believe that I was once the child on the stage with barely-heard voice? Second, I have greatly improved my English. Before attending the Breakthrough Class, I was only able to use simple English words to communicate, which is quite limiting. My teacher gave me ”Franklin the Turtle” to study. At first, the speaking speed was too fast for me to catch. I could not repeat. I felt so stressed that I even wanted to avoid trying. With the guidance of the teacher, I used other learning materials like “English Time”, “Bravo”, and “Cailou” to build up my knowledge step by step. I laterly found ”Franklin the Turtle” much easier for me to study. Even “Magic School Bus” became rather interesting than difficult, though it sounded faster and required me to look up more vocabulary. I learned faster and faster than ever. I was able to dub English movies and study documentaries. The TED speech is not hard for me any more. There was a time when we study the movie “Kungfu Panda.” It took us only three and half hours to dub the movie. My parents watched a lot of American movies. I had a chance to repeat a part of dialogue in “Big Hero 6” when we were on the telephone. They felt my speed of speaking English is faster than they can understand. I have learned about 5000 English words and phrases. I can now use them comfortably in my daily conversation with classmates. I can now understand documentaries without subtitles. My English has greatly improved in these four months. Third, it’s easy for me to get along with my friend now. Once, I encountered problems in school and my friends. I was very easy to get angry when I had different opinions with my friends. My teacher helped me to deal with my emotion and socializing. In May, I got second place Friendship Award. Now, I learned to discuss with my friend when we have different thoughts. I found this is easier to solve problems smoothly. Last, my physical ability is stronger than before. I was surprised to see bigger brothers and sisters in the third class doing a of lot physical skills when I came to this school and I wished I was able to do the same sports. After training for a few months, I can do every physical skills now. I have learned a lot over the past four months in this class and would like to share my experience with you. From my story, I hope there are more parents will give their children the opportunities to join New Education. |
