茶分為紅茶（black tea）、綠茶（green tea）、白茶（white tea）、烏龍茶（Oolong）等，不過這些茶都是從野茶樹（Camellia sinensis）上采摘下來的，它們之所以顏色和味道有別是因為加工的方法不同。

- 他不是我喜歡的類型。（他不是我的那盤菜。）

③ Tea and sympathy 對不幸者的安慰與同情

- Sometimes people want practical advice and sometimes they just want tea and - sympathy.

有的時候人們想聽些實際的建議，但有的時候他們只是尋求安慰而已。
