來(lái)來(lái)來(lái)，今天發(fā)個(gè)小編個(gè)人最喜歡的泰國(guó)公寓項(xiàng)目，也是小編的組長(zhǎng)Yossit的早年作品

小編一個(gè)人改圖改設(shè)計(jì)改不完很痛苦的時(shí)候，組長(zhǎng)會(huì)拿這個(gè)項(xiàng)目安慰我'it's ok, when I was doing Baan San Ngam alone, I wanted to cry' 組長(zhǎng)說(shuō)他當(dāng)時(shí)做這個(gè)項(xiàng)目特別是擴(kuò)初施工圖的時(shí)候很想哭

去年小編自己去參觀了一趟，雖然是好幾年的項(xiàng)目了，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)水洗石都開(kāi)裂了，但現(xiàn)場(chǎng)整體空間感受還是非常的贊

“Baan San Ngam”是一座位于泰國(guó)巴蜀府的低層海濱獨(dú)立式公寓，遠(yuǎn)離典型的旅游區(qū)，背倚群山，周?chē)h(huán)繞著成片的紅樹(shù)林和果木林。

多樣多變的不同生態(tài)要素，諸如海洋、沙丘、濕地、沼澤、高地和林地等景觀，提供了有趣的地形地貌和地面紋理，設(shè)計(jì)師們可據(jù)此引發(fā)靈感，來(lái)進(jìn)行多樣性的創(chuàng)作體驗(yàn)。基地的設(shè)計(jì)主題是“自然與藝術(shù)的探討”，研究了不同生態(tài)元素相互融合時(shí)產(chǎn)生的形狀、顏色和質(zhì)地的轉(zhuǎn)化，比如當(dāng)水流經(jīng)并滲入沙灘時(shí)，它是如何變化的。

“BaanSan Ngam”, a low rise beach front condominium is situated in thePrachuabkirikhan province of Thailand. Located away from the typical touristarea, the site is surrounded by mangroves and grove wood forest with thebackdrop of mountainous terrain in the distant.

Thevarying ecological elements within the area from the sea, dunes, swamp, swale,mound and forest scape provides the site with an interesting topography andground texture for the designer to experiment with. The concept of “Nature vs.Art” is explored in studying the translation of different shapes, colour andtextures when different ecological elements merge into each other such as howwater reacts when it flows and penetrate through sand.

主要的設(shè)計(jì)概念，通過(guò)創(chuàng)造一個(gè)覆蓋了大部分基地區(qū)域的自然形態(tài)游泳池，來(lái)模擬海水的流動(dòng)，當(dāng)場(chǎng)地內(nèi)的6種生態(tài)元素進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)的穿插、過(guò)渡、轉(zhuǎn)換時(shí)起到聯(lián)系作用。此外，在整個(gè)景觀區(qū)域內(nèi)還創(chuàng)建和設(shè)置一系列小型的草沙丘，以便打破平坦單調(diào)的地面，使地形達(dá)到平衡，也創(chuàng)造相對(duì)空間，并鼓勵(lì)居民積極開(kāi)展各種活動(dòng)。沿著水池的邊緣，設(shè)計(jì)了具有不同高度和層級(jí)的臺(tái)地型的傾斜的溢水口，以減緩流速，隨著水位高低的變化，也反映出了自然中水土流失的情況。

根據(jù)客戶的需求，在泳池內(nèi)部設(shè)計(jì)了內(nèi)凹的座位空間，那是一種類似于“鳥(niǎo)巢”令人感覺(jué)到溫暖而安全，產(chǎn)生歸屬感的隱密區(qū)域。

The main concept plays on the transition between these 6 ecological elements bycreating a natural form of the swimming pool covering most area of the site tomimic the flowing of the sea. Furthermore, a series of small grass dunes arecreated and placed throughout the landscape area in order to create a balancewith the flat surface of ground cover and to also encourage various activitiesby the residents. Along the edges of the pool, a slanted run-off edge wasdesigned playing with different heights and level resembling a stepped terrainto slow the runoff water from the pool and also to reflect the naturalformation of soil erosion.

Pockets of sunken seating space is placed inside the swimming pool according to the client’s brief of creating an enclosed area resembling a bird’s nest giving thesense of a warm and secure territory.

為了讓讓景觀、建筑和居住者們之間產(chǎn)生聯(lián)系，一樓的每間房都能夠通達(dá)的游泳池。對(duì)于上層的居民來(lái)說(shuō)，種植高大的喬木，擴(kuò)大了綠化面積，最大程度地營(yíng)造了更廣闊的垂直綠色空間。

在植物種植的選擇上，做到與上述6個(gè)生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)元素息息相關(guān)，關(guān)鍵的一點(diǎn)是要提高區(qū)域內(nèi)大氣質(zhì)量，使之盡可能地與自然環(huán)境相似，來(lái)滿足植物的成長(zhǎng)需要。

沙丘地帶，選擇具有豐碩的大葉子、抗風(fēng)性好的植物；濕地地帶選擇了長(zhǎng)相甘美、豐滿的草本植物；沼澤地帶種植多彩鮮艷的花草、灌木和地被植物；高地地帶選擇外形小巧精致的地被植物；基地外援種植了高大的喬木，既是對(duì)外的屏障，又調(diào)節(jié)了“森林”大氣質(zhì)量。

Theconnection between the landscape and the architectural design is to design theswimming pool to be accessible by all rooms on the ground floor. For thoserooms on the upper level, the amount of green area is maximized by plantingtall plants.

Theidea behind the selection of types of plants to relate to each of the 6ecological elements mentioned is to enhance the atmospheric quality to resemblethe natural environment as much as possible.

Startingwith the Dune area where the selection of plants are durable to wind andsea breeze. They will have the characteristic of thick and large leaves.Luscious, green plants are selected for the Swamp area while colourfulflowers, trees and ground cover plants are chosen for the Swale area. Inthe Mound area, ground cover plants with small and delicate leaves arechosen. Lastly, the Forest area along the edges of the project sitecontains big and tall trees to act as both a barrier to the outside and alsoemphasize the atmospheric quality to the ‘forest’.

Allin all, “Baan San Ngam” condominium project truly pays attention to thesurrounding environment within and around the site and incorporate it into thelandscape design which not only practical to the function of the architecturaldesign but also respect and acknowledge the idea of “The precious nature”.
