合人心 32cm×34cm 紙本水墨設(shè)色 莫肇生 在傳承與發(fā)展方面，往往會(huì)走入一種誤區(qū)，就是將其分割，孤立思考，這樣阻礙了我們的視野，從而導(dǎo)致文化的斷層。 莫肇生、莫里加父子這次在紐約藝術(shù)館的水墨畫展引起我們對(duì)上述問題的思考。 There is often amisunderstanding that inheritance and development is considered separately.Isolating these interlocking terms hinders our vision and eventually leads tocultural rupture. The ink painting exhibition of Mo Zhaosheng and his son MoLijia at the New York Arts Center leads us to consider the above factors.
凈心塵 32cm×34cm 紙本水墨設(shè)色 莫肇生 莫肇生畢業(yè)于美術(shù)師范專業(yè)，從事過室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)教學(xué)與實(shí)踐，繼而師從中國(guó)畫名家研習(xí)山水。從他的作品中可以看出傳統(tǒng)文化及傳統(tǒng)筆墨的傳承。其作品注重大塊面的切割對(duì)比，注重以單一的調(diào)子去統(tǒng)一畫面，在這明顯體現(xiàn)其受設(shè)計(jì)理念的影響。而細(xì)品其筆墨，則淡然清透，運(yùn)筆自如。其畫面氣息清逸空靈，虛淡恬靜，深受老莊文化的影響。 Mo Zhaosheng graduatedfrom Zhaoqing University majoring in art education major and had engaged ininterior design teaching and practice before delving into traditional landscapepaintings. His works illustrates the inheritance of Chinese traditional cultureand style. His works emphasise on large blocks in high contrast unified withmonotone,which reflects his design techniques. He allows ink to flow naturally on paperto show a painting style with minimal artificial rendering. The paintings arepeaceful and tranquil, reflecting how he has been influenced by Laozi's andZhuangzi’sphilosophy.
山水之一 100cm×150cm 莫里加 而他的兒子莫里加從小就在一個(gè)藝術(shù)氣氛濃厚的環(huán)境中成長(zhǎng)，大學(xué)就讀于廣州美術(shù)學(xué)院中國(guó)畫學(xué)院，研究生畢業(yè)于中央美術(shù)學(xué)院中國(guó)畫學(xué)院，他的愛好廣泛，玩樂隊(duì)、跳街舞、演戲劇等都伴隨著他的藝術(shù)之路。正是他們這代人的成長(zhǎng)環(huán)境，能接觸到多元的藝術(shù)文化，他除了在自己的專業(yè)里學(xué)習(xí)山水畫之外，還涉及版畫及實(shí)驗(yàn)水墨。觀其山水畫有著過硬的基本功，對(duì)宋畫及沒骨畫法有著深入的研究。在實(shí)驗(yàn)水墨方面更多的是一種人與自然的思考，一種生命與成長(zhǎng)的思考。這是新生代藝術(shù)家難能可貴的狀態(tài)。 His son, MoLijia, hasgrown up in an artistic atmosphere. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree at the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts majoringin Chinese Painting and his Graduate degree at the Central Academy of Fine Arts,majoring in the same discipline. His wide range of hobbies,such as playing guitar, dancing, drama, has accompanied his path of art. His generation isnurtured by diverse art culture, which allows him to explore a variety of art forms otherthan his own major, such as print-making and experimental link painting. Onone hand, Hislandscape paintings demonstrate his solid skills and reflect his in-depthresearch on Song Dynasty painting and boneless-style painting. On the otherhand, hisexperimental ink painting shows his thoughts about human and nature,about growth and life. It’sextraordinary state for young artists.
山水二 100cm×150cm 2018 莫里加 從他們身上可以感受到藝術(shù)家的成長(zhǎng)過程就是一種文化發(fā)展延伸的軌跡，中國(guó)的文化也是由一代代藝術(shù)家的努力才得以延續(xù)，時(shí)代的變遷同樣成就藝術(shù)家新的思維，新的形式。我想中國(guó)畫的千百年來流傳有序而匯成大系，成為世界美術(shù)中最有辯識(shí)度的圖譜，正是基于有無數(shù)的這樣的家傳、藝傳的圖譜，匯聚成獨(dú)一無二的東方美術(shù)體系。 在此衷心祝愿他們展覽成功！ From the Mo’s experience, it is seen that the growth of an artist is thedevelopment of his culture. The Chinese culture relies on the growth ofgenerations of artists in order to be inherited and evolved. The changes of thetimes also bring new ideas and forms to the stream of art. I think that Chinesepainting has been handed down generations after generations in an orderlymanner for thousands of years, and become one of the most remarkable art form in theworld of art. Streams of outstanding art forms from families and schools havefinally converged into the unique Oriental Art system.
