當時筆者也是被這些廣告吸引過來了...

根據(jù)前兩篇筆者寫的希臘粉卡福利里提及的粉卡是不能入籍的。

7：粉卡居住滿七年后可以入籍希臘嗎？

答：暫無成功案例。只靠居住滿七年時間不可以，

（其實當時筆者的答案直接寫：不可以）

后面轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)后，遭遇了各種噴，可能打了不少人的臉，也有可能觸犯了不少人的利益。有的說就憑2013年的商務部文章就能亂說？都過時了，后面2015年新移民國籍法上臺改了。

好吧，筆者的確當時沒有了解2015年法案發(fā)表，有些欠佳。所以暫時緩和的做了些修改。這幾天本人一直研究2015年上百頁的新國籍法案，關于成人與小孩讀書能否入籍做了研究。

A third-country national who has been granted a visa

for one of the reasons referred to in this Article shall be

granted a residence permit accordingly.

第二十條

適用于第三國國民獲得的居留許可  由本條原因之一獲得頒發(fā)的居留證簽證。

我們五年可續(xù)簽的粉卡屬于第二十條條例下面包含的：B類投資移民

B條例下面第二條：提及了25萬歐房產(chǎn)投資移民

(b) Personally has the full ownership, possessionand peaceful enjoyment of real estate property inGreece. In case of joint ownership of a property to thevalue of EUR 250 000, the right of residence shall onlybe granted if the owners of the property are spouseswith indivisible shares in the property. In all othercases of joint ownership, the right of residence shallonly be granted if the joint ownership rate of each jointowner equals to the value of EUR 250 000;

重點來了：

B類投資移民條例里包含了第7個小條例：

7. The period of residence referred to in theprovisions of part B hereof shall not be taken intoaccount for inclusion in the status of long-term residentand the granting of nationality to the relevant residents.

7.居住期間

本B部分的規(guī)定不予考慮列入長期居民身份的賬戶并給予有關居民國籍。

粉卡就是不算長期居民身份，只能算保留五年房產(chǎn)可續(xù)簽的居留身份。

25萬投資房產(chǎn)類移民，保留25萬歐房產(chǎn)五年后可續(xù)簽居留身份目前法案不支持入籍！！！就算符合居住條件，語言，納稅，也不可以！！粉卡連打工 獨立經(jīng)商都不行，還期待入籍？

想投資入籍可以，土豪請期待明年的200萬歐投資移民直接入籍。
