9月17日至18日，第三屆聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織創(chuàng)意城市北京峰會(huì)在京召開(kāi)。

作為自新冠疫情爆發(fā)以來(lái)，聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織與地方政府合作舉辦的首個(gè)以城市為主題的國(guó)際活動(dòng)，北京峰會(huì)以“創(chuàng)意激活城市·科技創(chuàng)造未來(lái)”為主題，聚焦未來(lái)城市的可持續(xù)、高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。

本屆峰會(huì)以塑造“后疫情時(shí)代”的未來(lái)城市為切入點(diǎn)，探討了在疫情防控和復(fù)工復(fù)產(chǎn)并行推進(jìn)的情況下，如何利用新技術(shù)賦能文化和創(chuàng)意，設(shè)計(jì)更具韌性和前瞻性、更優(yōu)化的城市管理方法、模式和理念。

Given the outbreak of COVID-19, this summit takes the development of cities under the post-epidemic era as a starting point. It discusses how to use new technologies to empower culture and creativity, and design more resilient and optimized urban management measures, models and ideas.

同時(shí)，聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織文化助理總干事Ernesto Ottone Ramirez在峰會(huì)上發(fā)布了《聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織創(chuàng)意城市應(yīng)對(duì)新冠疫情案例集》（以下簡(jiǎn)稱《案例集》），旨在總結(jié)地方層面應(yīng)對(duì)新冠疫情的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，分享交流最佳實(shí)踐，加強(qiáng)全球城市團(tuán)結(jié)合作，發(fā)揮創(chuàng)意和創(chuàng)新的潛力。

The latest UNESCO e-publication entitled UNESCO Creative Cities' Response to COVID-19 was launched at the summit. The publication showcases 70 innovative practices in response to the crisis from more than 90 cities in 44 countries.

《案例集》中總結(jié)分享了北京在應(yīng)對(duì)新冠疫情過(guò)程中運(yùn)用的新技術(shù)、新手段和新思想。同時(shí)，隨著峰會(huì)的召開(kāi)，北京加快其科技創(chuàng)新中心建設(shè)、“設(shè)計(jì)之都”建設(shè)的實(shí)踐成果，也獲得了更多的關(guān)注與認(rèn)可。

其實(shí)，這已是北京第三次舉辦北京峰會(huì)了，前兩屆召開(kāi)于2013年和2016年，分別以“魅力創(chuàng)意·美麗城市”、“創(chuàng)意與可持續(xù)發(fā)展”為主題，探討在全球范圍內(nèi)開(kāi)展科技、文化、教育的合作，通過(guò)創(chuàng)意促進(jìn)北京產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整升級(jí)、推進(jìn)城市建設(shè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。

2004年，聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織發(fā)起“創(chuàng)意城市網(wǎng)絡(luò)”計(jì)劃，旨在促進(jìn)將創(chuàng)意視為可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略因素的城市之間的合作。2012年，北京加入該網(wǎng)絡(luò)“設(shè)計(jì)之都”。

9月18日，《中國(guó)日?qǐng)?bào)國(guó)際版》刊發(fā)整版宣傳報(bào)道，通過(guò)發(fā)布峰會(huì)實(shí)況及采訪多位高級(jí)別與會(huì)嘉賓，整版報(bào)道聚焦第三屆聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織創(chuàng)意城市北京峰會(huì)亮點(diǎn)和北京在推進(jìn)“科技創(chuàng)新中心”建設(shè)中的實(shí)踐成就。

With a special focus on digital economy, the summit digs into how technological breakthroughs such as big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and blockchain will improve urban management.

以數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)為重點(diǎn)，峰會(huì)探討如何利用大數(shù)據(jù)、云計(jì)算、人工智能和區(qū)塊鏈等技術(shù)突破改善城市管理。

According to Xu Qiang, director-general of the Beijing Science and Technology Commission, Beijing has hosted a series of promotional activities to increase global recognition of its homegrown city brands. In 2014, Beijing brought 55 works to the exhibition held at UNESCO's headquarters Paris. Since then, designs made in Beijing have begun to go global.

北京市科學(xué)技術(shù)委員會(huì)主任許強(qiáng)說(shuō)，北京舉辦了一系列的推廣活動(dòng)，以提高中國(guó)城市品牌的全球認(rèn)知度。2014年， 在聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織巴黎總部舉辦的展覽中，北京帶去了55件作品。從那時(shí)起，北京設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)始走向全球。

'The story from Beijing on the online medical consultation platform for COVID-19 is a good example of how the city's expertise in design and innovation was fully utilized in order to provide a wide range of medical services to local citizens,' Ramirez said.

北京市新型冠狀病毒感染肺炎在線醫(yī)生咨詢平臺(tái)很好地展示了北京如何充分利用自己的創(chuàng)新優(yōu)勢(shì)，為當(dāng)?shù)鼐用裉峁V泛的醫(yī)療服務(wù)。

總干事還就創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)城市的可持續(xù)發(fā)展的影響做出闡述，并指出北京的發(fā)展案例對(duì)于其它城市高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的借鑒意義。

'This (Beijing's online medical consultation platform) provides inspiration for other cities on how to nurture and build effective, inclusive and sustainable urban management systems that can generate high-quality outcomes for all inhabitants,' Ramirez noted.

Now is an ideal time to rethink how we do city planning, build and exploit the space and land available in the future before it's too late. We have a great responsibility for the future of our regions, cities and towns.'

Running from Aug 23 to 29, the Beijing Science and Technology Week showcased technological achievements especially from key innovation centers in the capital－Zhongguancun Science City, Huairou Science City and Future Science City, as well as the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area.
