美國(guó)人常用pumpkin來(lái)稱呼自己的孩子
bald=adj 光頭的 baldy=n 禿子 /?b?ldi/
bean這個(gè)查了老半天, 終于找到一個(gè)符合的意思
bean=(informal)(dated) a person’s head, especially when regarded as a source of common sense
dated表示過(guò)時(shí)的
雖然這個(gè)人類的嬰兒是有頭發(fā)的, 不是禿子; 但是相比sloth等動(dòng)物而言, 人類身體上的皮毛最少的, 所以baldy的稱呼也算恰當(dāng)
所以baldy bean就是指這個(gè)光禿禿的沒(méi)有毛的小毛孩的頭
