什么是HCElls?

• HCELL = Hierarchically Corresponding Cell

• 使用-hcell option可以顯著提高Calibre性能，縮短LVS運(yùn)行時(shí)間。

• HCELL文件格式

  一對(duì)多：同一layout cell name對(duì)應(yīng)不同的source cell name
