大家好！歡迎來(lái)到國(guó)家 5A 級(jí)旅游景區(qū)、國(guó)家森林公園天門(mén)山參觀游覽。天門(mén)山海拔1518.6 米，是張家界最高的山。因自然奇觀天門(mén)洞而得名。這里因積淀深厚的歷史文化，和異彩紛呈的人文勝景被譽(yù)為“張家界之魂”和“湘西第一神山”。天門(mén)山一共分為四個(gè)景區(qū)，   分別是:天門(mén)洞開(kāi)、碧野瑤臺(tái)、覓仙奇境和天界佛國(guó)。四季只有冬春之分，夏天是消暑納涼的好地方，冬天則是踏冰玩雪的好去處。山間多霧，平均每年 230 天是霧天，云海云瀑等奇觀時(shí)常出現(xiàn)，讓人嘆為觀止。天門(mén)山不僅自然風(fēng)光奇絕，更有諸多世界之最的人工奇跡。從世界最長(zhǎng)高山客運(yùn)索道，天下第一公路奇觀通天大道，到張家界首條高空觀景纜車(chē)，再到絕壁之上的鬼谷棧道以及玻璃棧道，每一處景觀設(shè)施都能給您不一樣的驚喜。天門(mén)山索道全長(zhǎng)7455 米，是目前世界上最長(zhǎng)的高山客運(yùn)索道。從索道站走出，眼前這棟兩層樓的建筑是李娜別墅。1997 年著名歌手李娜來(lái)到天門(mén)山，見(jiàn)這里山奇水清，人情淳樸，多年來(lái)追尋禪意的心靈被天門(mén)山宗教文化深深吸引，于是遷來(lái)張家界追尋自己理想的禪意境界。

凌霄臺(tái)是天門(mén)山最佳的觀景點(diǎn)之一，這里地勢(shì)高絕，視野遼闊，憑空眺望，山和田園、城市風(fēng)光盡收眼底，還時(shí)有云霧在腳下環(huán)繞，令人飄然欲仙。此情此景就如在神話中的凌霄寶殿里俯瞰凡間勝景一樣，因此得名凌霄臺(tái)。凌霄臺(tái)下為倚虹關(guān)，此處有一座次松峰，因神農(nóng)次松子曾在此修煉而得名。次松峰中間有一座深不見(jiàn)底的峽谷，峽谷上有一座天然石橋， 宛若一條彩虹連接兩段，被稱(chēng)為斷山虹橋，倚虹關(guān)的名稱(chēng)也由此而來(lái)。這里空谷幽深，是一個(gè)天然的回音壁，最特別的是在這里聽(tīng)回音要耐心地等上五秒鐘。大家腳下的這條鬼谷棧道因懸于鬼谷洞之上而得名。因其奇險(xiǎn)高絕，視野開(kāi)闊成了天門(mén)山的明星景點(diǎn)，來(lái)過(guò)的人都贊不絕口。棧道全長(zhǎng) 1600 米，平均海拔 1400 米，立于其上，天地任我行的豪情和源自心底的戰(zhàn)栗相互交織，匯成一種終生難忘的懸崖終極體驗(yàn)。天門(mén)山寺有著湘西佛教中心之稱(chēng)，始建于明朝，歷經(jīng)儒、道、佛三教融會(huì)變通，建寺以來(lái)香火鼎盛，現(xiàn)在的寺廟是在原址復(fù)建，占地兩萬(wàn)余平方米，是目前湖南境內(nèi)海拔最高的佛教建筑群，整座寺廟采用中國(guó)古代宮式風(fēng)格，   由大雄寶殿、觀音閣、藏經(jīng)閣等建筑組成。寺內(nèi)還供奉佛祖釋迦摩尼及其兩大弟子目健連和舍利佛的真身舍利，這也是湖南省唯一一家安放有佛祖舍利的寺廟。接下來(lái)我們就要去挑戰(zhàn)號(hào)稱(chēng)東方天空之路的玻璃棧道了。棧道懸于天門(mén)山山頂西線，長(zhǎng) 60 米，最高處海拔 1430 米，棧道除了每隔一米左右用鋼筋混凝土搭一節(jié)支架外，全部是透明度極高的鋼化玻璃。每塊玻璃可承受一千公斤，所以人身安全是完全有保障的。

天門(mén)洞形成于三國(guó)時(shí)期，是天門(mén)山的精華景點(diǎn)。去天門(mén)洞要經(jīng)過(guò)有著天下第一公路奇觀  之稱(chēng)的通天大道。大道全長(zhǎng) 11 千米，急彎此消彼長(zhǎng)，層層疊起，因?yàn)槠娼^和高險(xiǎn)，通天大

道又被人們掛以天路的美稱(chēng)。經(jīng)過(guò) 99 道彎的通天大道，就可以近距離欣賞到天門(mén)洞的風(fēng)采了。兩側(cè)高聳的峭壁把天門(mén)洞脫顯得格外壯觀，洞里不見(jiàn)人間山水，只見(jiàn)藍(lán)天白云、輕霧縷   縷，仿佛邁過(guò)去就可以直達(dá)天界。雨前雨后水汽充沛的時(shí)候，天門(mén)洞風(fēng)云激蕩，蒸騰的霧氣就像一條白色的巨龍?jiān)诙蠢锒赐獗P(pán)旋翻飛，形成獨(dú)特而壯觀的天門(mén)吐霧。天門(mén)洞是世界海拔最高的天然溶洞，它南北對(duì)穿，門(mén)高 131.5 米，寬 57 米，深 60 米。1999 年世界特技飛行大師曾駕機(jī)穿越天門(mén)洞，實(shí)現(xiàn)了人類(lèi)挑戰(zhàn)自然的又一個(gè)壯舉。這次表演在全球引發(fā)轟動(dòng)，收   看直播的觀眾就達(dá)到 8 億之多。天門(mén)山也從此成為世界關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。

Tianmen Mountain

Hello everyone! Welcome to visit the National 5A Tourist Attraction and Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park. Tianmen Mountain has an altitude of 1518.6 meters and is the highest mountain in Zhangjiajie. Named after the natural wonder of Tianmen Cave. This place is known as the "soul of Zhangjiajie" and the "number one divine mountain in western Hunan" due to its profound historical and cultural heritage, as well as its colorful cultural scenery. Tianmen Mountain is divided into four scenic spots, namely: Tianmen Cave, Biye Yaotai, Seeking Immortals Wonderland, and Tianjie Buddha Kingdom. There is only winter and spring in the four seasons. Summer is a good place to cool off, while winter is a good place to step on ice and play with snow. The mountains are foggy, with an average of 230 foggy days per year. Wonders such as the sea of clouds and waterfalls often appear, which is breathtaking. Tianmen Mountain not only boasts stunning natural scenery, but also boasts many of the world's most man-made wonders. From the world's longest mountain passenger ropeway, the world's best highway wonder Tongtian Avenue, to Zhangjiajie's first aerial viewing cable car, to the Ghost Valley Plank Path and glass walkway above the cliff, each landscape facility can give you a different surprise. The Tianmen Mountain Cableway has a total length of 7455 meters and is currently the longest high-altitude passenger cableway in the world. Stepping out of the cableway station, the two-story building in front of me is Li Na Villa. In 1997, famous singer Li Na came to Tianmen Mountain and saw that the mountain was unique, the water was clear, and the people were simple. Her soul, which had been pursuing Zen for many years, was deeply attracted by the religious culture of Tianmen Mountain. Therefore, she moved to Zhangjiajie to pursue her ideal Zen realm.

Lingxiao Terrace is one of the best scenic spots on Tianmen Mountain. The terrain here is towering and the view is vast. When viewed from the sky, the mountain, countryside, and urban scenery are all in view, and sometimes clouds and mist surround your feet, making you feel ethereal and enchanting. This scene is like overlooking the magnificent scenery of the mortal world in the mythological Lingxiao Palace, hence the name Lingxiao Terrace. Under Lingxiao Terrace is the Yihong Pass, where there is a secondary pine peak named after Shen Nong's secondary pine seed who once practiced here. There is a deep and bottomless canyon in the middle of the Cisong Peak. There is a natural stone bridge on the canyon, which connects two sections like a rainbow. It is called Duanshan Hongqiao, and the name Yihongguan comes from it. This is a natural echo wall with a deep and empty valley, and the most special thing is to patiently wait for five seconds to hear the echo here. The Ghost Valley boardwalk under everyone's feet is named after its suspension above the Ghost Valley Cave. Due to its unique and breathtaking nature, with a wide view, it has become a star attraction in Tianmen Mountain, praised by those who have visited. The boardwalk has a total length of 1600 meters and an average altitude of 1400 meters. Standing on it, the heroic spirit of heaven and earth's freedom of movement and the trembling from the bottom of the heart intertwine, forming a lifelong unforgettable ultimate cliff experience. Tianmen Mountain Temple, known as the Buddhist center in western Hunan, was built in the Ming Dynasty. After the integration of Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism, the temple has been in its heyday since its establishment. Now the temple is rebuilt on the original site, covering an area of more than 20000 square meters. It is the highest Buddhist building group in Hunan at present. The whole temple adopts the style of ancient Chinese palace, and consists of the Shakya ManiHall, Guanyin Pavilion, xizangan Sutra Pavilion and other buildings. The temple also enshrines the true body relics of Buddha Shakyamuni and his two great disciples, Mujianlian and Shali Buddha. This is also the only temple in Hunan Province that houses Buddha relics. Next, we are going to challenge the glass walkway known as the Oriental Sky Road. The boardwalk is suspended on the western line of the Tianmen Mountain Peak, with a length of 60 meters and a highest elevation of 1430 meters. Except for a reinforced concrete support every one meter, all the boardwalks are made of highly transparent tempered glass. Each piece of glass can withstand 1000 kilograms, so personal safety is completely guaranteed.

Tianmen Cave, formed in the Three Kingdoms Period, is the essence of Tianmen Mountain. To go to Tianmen Cave, you need to pass through the Tongtian Avenue, which is known as the first highway wonder in the world. The total length of the avenue is 11 kilometers, with sharp turns changing one after another, stacked layer by layer. Due to its wonders and high risks, it stretches across the sky

Dao is also known as the Heavenly Road by people. After passing through the 99 turns of Tongtian Avenue, you can enjoy the charm of Tianmen Cave up close. The towering cliffs on both sides make Tianmen Cave look particularly spectacular. There is no human landscape in the cave, only blue sky, white clouds, and wisps of light mist, as if walking over can lead directly to the heavenly realm. When there is abundant water vapor before and after rain, the wind and clouds in Tianmen Cave are turbulent, and the steaming mist is like a white giant dragon hovering inside and outside the cave, forming a unique and spectacular Tianmen Mist. Tianmen Cave is the highest natural karst cave in the world, with a north-south intersection. The gate is 131.5 meters high, 57 meters wide, and 60 meters deep. In 1999, the world stunt flying master flew a plane through Tianmen Cave, achieving another feat of humanity challenging nature. This performance caused a sensation worldwide, with as many as 800 million viewers watching the live broadcast. Tianmen Mountain has since become the focus of world attention.
