在澳大利亞的葡萄酒業(yè)界，詹姆斯·哈利德(James Halliday)當(dāng)仁不讓的是最知名也是最受尊敬的人物之一。由其所編著的《澳大利亞葡萄酒指南》(《James Halliday Australian Wine Companion》)作為澳大利亞最暢銷的葡萄酒書籍被無數(shù)愛好者奉為“寶典”，他所設(shè)立的評級制度也被眾人所推行。近日，由詹姆斯創(chuàng)立的，作為澳大利亞最權(quán)威的葡萄酒獎項之一的《澳大利亞葡萄酒指南》頒獎典禮(James Halliday Wine Companion Awards)已揭開了2015年度各獎項得主的神秘面紗。

　　在每年度的《澳大利亞葡萄酒指南》中，詹姆斯會根據(jù)酒莊的產(chǎn)區(qū)進行區(qū)域分組，再經(jīng)過對酒莊的逐一評級后，從中選拔出“年度最佳酒莊”（Best wineries of The Regions），上榜酒莊均需達到五星級或紅五星級標準。這些被選出的“產(chǎn)區(qū)最佳酒莊”將再被劃分成三個等級，那些酒莊名字和五星評級都被標示成紅色的為最好，這表明該酒莊在相當(dāng)長的一段時期內(nèi)一貫表現(xiàn)卓越，當(dāng)之無愧地是酒莊之粹；其次是五星評級被標示為紅色，但名字為黑色的酒莊，這表明該酒莊在距今3年以上都有優(yōu)異的表現(xiàn)；再者就是黑五星評級和名字的酒莊，這表明這些酒莊在至少一年以上表現(xiàn)突出。

　　在被授予2015澳大利亞“產(chǎn)區(qū)年度最佳酒莊”中，位于南澳州的巴羅薩谷仍然是上榜酒莊最多的一個產(chǎn)區(qū)。今天我們先來看看南澳州各產(chǎn)區(qū)的年度最佳酒莊吧。
