專題八：通知信 一、通知的寫作 通知可分為口頭通知和書面通知?？陬^通知所使用的語(yǔ)言具有明顯的口語(yǔ)特征，通俗易懂。在做口頭通知時(shí)，稱呼可以為ladies and gentlemen（較正式）；everyone（非正式）或boys and girls（學(xué)生）來(lái)表示，要先將聽(tīng)眾的注意力吸引過(guò)來(lái)，而后再做通知。 常使用的過(guò)渡句有：May I have your attention, please? 或Attention please. I have an announcement to make. 結(jié)束語(yǔ)往往可以用That's all. Thank you (for your attention). 而書面通知主要包括：標(biāo)題（居中）、首段介紹活動(dòng)的背景目的；接著介紹活動(dòng)，包括活動(dòng)目的，具體內(nèi)容，時(shí)間地點(diǎn)等；結(jié)尾常放置希望或祝愿的表達(dá)；最后發(fā)通知單位或日期（右下角）。 書面通知較之口頭通知所使用的句式要復(fù)雜些。書面通知可以將若干的信息通過(guò)一個(gè)句子表達(dá)出來(lái)，而口頭通知?jiǎng)t可以分為幾個(gè)句子表達(dá)。 例：請(qǐng)準(zhǔn)時(shí)到會(huì)?？陬^：Be sure not to be late. 書面：Everyone is required to be present on time. 為避免命令之嫌，通知中常采用被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)或“please＋祈使句”表示要求。 如：All teachers are required to meet in the school meeting room at 4 pm on Friday to celebrate Teachers' Day. Please be there on time. 二、通知可用的句式 1. All teachers and students will be requested to do... 2. Every one of you is expected to be part of the event. 3. An exciting event ... is around the corner. 4. Don’t miss the chance. Please get there on time. 5. Please attend it on time and don't be late. 6.
