通知的寫法
一般來說，高考書面表達(dá)是給材料作文，學(xué)生應(yīng)根據(jù)所給題材，選用適當(dāng)?shù)捏w裁，寫作成文。體裁通常包括記敘文、說明文、議論文、應(yīng)用文等，其中通知是應(yīng)用文的一種重要形式。本文擬結(jié)合實例談?wù)動⒄Z通知的寫法。
通知一般可分為口頭通知和書面通知兩種。書面通知又有兩種：一種是布告式通知，即以布告的形式把事情通知有關(guān)人員；另一種是書信式通知，即以書信的形式把事情傳達(dá)給有關(guān)人員。
通知的內(nèi)容一般可分為五個部分：
—、標(biāo)題
通知的正上方通常要有一個標(biāo)題。口頭通知常用Announcement，書面通知多用Notice或NOTICE。 二、日期
口頭通知因是現(xiàn)場發(fā)布，不需要日期，但書面通知要寫日期。布告式通知的日期一般寫在最后一行，即左下角，要低于落款；書信式通知的日期可寫在右上角。 三、呼語
口頭通知往往要有呼語，如Boys and girls，Ladies and gentlemen，Dear friends，Comrades等。 四、正文
通知正文所使用的語言應(yīng)盡量簡明扼要?？陬^通知開始往往要用上“Attention，please，或“May I have your attention，please?”或“Be quiet，please”，其后可以加上I have an announcement to make，結(jié)束時可加上“That’s all”，“Thank you!”之類的客套話。對舉行活動的口頭或書面通知，常用“sth will／is going to be held+地點+時間”或“There will／is going to be+sth+地點+時間”結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)束語前常用“Please attend it on time”，“Do be present on time”或“Everyone is／All are welcome／expected、to attend it”，“Don’t be late”之類的句子。 五、落款
口頭通知通常不用落款；書面通知要落款，寫出發(fā)出通知的人或單位名稱。落款一般寫在通知的右下角。 下面以一則通知為例，談?wù)動⒄Z通知的具體寫法。
你所在中學(xué)決定舉行一次萬米賽跑活動，請你以學(xué)生會的名義用英文寫一個書面通知，詞數(shù)100左右，具體內(nèi)容如下：
為推動全民健身活動，學(xué)校決定舉行萬米長跑。
時間：5月4日下午2：00(風(fēng)雨無阻)。
參加人數(shù)：每班10人(歡迎教師參加)。
注意事項：1．1：30前在學(xué)校操場集合，請不要遲到。2．長跑路線：沿人民大街跑到交通信號燈向右轉(zhuǎn)，一直跑到郵局再向右轉(zhuǎn)；在第二個拐彎處右轉(zhuǎn)，然后沿著河跑，最后回到學(xué)校。3．通知發(fā)出時間為2003年5月1日。
寫作思路：
一、審題：這是一篇書面通知(Notice)。 二、列提綱，找要點，定句型：
1．目的：為了推動全民健身運動：in order to carry out the keep-fit program…
2．學(xué)校決定舉行長跑比賽：our school has decided to hold…
3．比賽時間：on the afternoon of May 4
4．集合地點：the school playground
5．報名人數(shù)：ten students of each class are asked to…
6．愿參加者到……集合：those who want to… gather on…
7．長跑路線：run along…and turn right／go on running until…／take the second turning on…
8．歡迎參加：be welcome to…
三、確定時態(tài)：通知一般使用一般將來時和一般現(xiàn)在時。
四、連句成文：
NOTICE In order to carry out the keep-fit program throughout the country，our school has decided to hold a 10，000-metre race on the afternoon of May 4．Whether it rains or not，the race will start at 2：00pm．Ten students of each class are asked to take part in the race．Those who want to take part in the race should gather on the school playground at 1：30．Don’t be late．All the runners will run along the Renmin Street to the traffic lights and then turn right．Go on running until reaching the post-office and turn right again．Take the second turning on the right. Go along the river and finally return to the school．All the teachers in our school are welcome to join us． The Students’Union
